These standalone annual fmancial results have been prepared on the basis of the standalone annua lfinancial statements.

The Company's Management and the Board of Directors are responsible for the preparation andpresentation of these standalone annual financial results that g ive a true and fair view of the net lossand other comprehensive income and other financial infonnation in accordance with the recognitionand measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards prescribed under Sect ion 133of the Act and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in compliance withRegulati on 52 of the Listing Regulations This responsibility also includes maintenance of adequateaccounting records in accordance with the provisions of the Act for safeguarding of the assets of theCompany and for preventing and detecting frauds and other irregularities; selection and application ofappropriate accounting policies ; making judgments and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; andthe design. implementation and maintenance of adequate internal financ ial controls, that wereoperatin g effec tively for ensuring accuracy and completeness of the accounting records, relevant tothe preparation and presentation of the standalone annual financial results that give a true and fairview and are fr_ee from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.

In preparing the standalone annual fmancial results, the Management and the Board of Directors areresponsible for assessing the Company' s ability to continue as a .going concern, disclosing, asapplicab le. matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unlessthe Board of Directors either intends to liquidate the Company or to cease operations, or has noreal istic alternative but to do so.

Our objectives are to obtain reasonabie assurance about whether me standalone annual financiairesults as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. and to issue anaud itor 's report that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is nota guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with SAs will always detect a materialmisstatement wh en it exists . Obtain an understanding of mternal control relevant to the audit in order to design auditprocedures that are appropriate in the circumstances. Under Section 143(3Xi) of the Act, we arealso responsible for expressing our opinion through a separate report on the complete set offinancial statements on whethe r the Company has adequate internal financial control s \vi threference to financial statements in place and the operating effectiveness of such controls

Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accountingestimates and related disclosures in the financial results made hy the Management and Board ofDirectors.

Conclude on the appropri ateness of the Management and Board of Directors use of the goingconcern basis of accounting and. based on the audit evidence obtained, whether a materialuncertainty exists related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on theappropriateness of this assumption. If we conclude that a material uncertainty exists, we arerequired to draw attention in OUT auditor's report to the related disclosures in the standaloneannual financial results or. if such disclosures are inadequate. to modify our opinion. Ourconclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our auditor's report.However. future events or conditions may cause the Company to cease to continue as a goingconcern.

Evaluate the overall presentation. structure and content of the standalone annual financial results.including the disclosures. and whether the standalone annual financial results represent theunderlying transactions and events in a manner that achieves fair presentation.

We communicate with those charged with governance regarding. among other matters, the plannedscope and timing of the audit and significant audit findings. including any significant deficiencies ininternal control that we identify during our audit.

We also provide those charged with governance with a statement that we have complied with relevantethical requirements regarding independence. and to communicate with them all relationships andother matters that may reasonably be thought to bear on our independence. and where applicable.related safeguards.

Other MattersThe standalone annual financial results for the six months ended 31 March 2020 are the balancingfigures between figures in respect of the full financial year ended on that date and the figures for thesix month period ended 30 September 2019. The figures for the six month period ended 30 September2019 were extracted from the interim standalone condensed financial statements for the six monthsended on that date which were audited by us for inclusion in the information mcmorandwn preparedby the Company for listing its non-convertible debenture on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
