We have a very important event for the culture and the history of Veneto, an important opportunity to spend an evening in an exclusive place in Venice: saturday, July 14 in Venice, the third Saturday of july in Venice, it celebrates one of the most important events and popular expectations of the world: the Redeemer. The opportunity to watch the firework display only one of its kind and linked to the history of Venice.The lagoon city populates suddenly thousands of people from every part of the world to assist in this historic event that will fill up with boats basin of San Marco. The location is on the boat (we use traditional boats Venetian blinds as: ultimate outcome, Tope, Carline, Topette..) moored in front of the famous salt warehouse near the Punta della Dogana on the shore of the Canale della Giudecca precisely in the vicinity of the area of the foci. The evening consists of a Dinner designed on the basis of the Venetian tradition until the moment for the firework display to which you can attend while seated comfortably, sipping a great DOC Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. The evening will conclude admiring the beautiful fireworks display from an exceptional location.. Dinner consists of Venetian Cicchetti, here you can see the menu that will be made by Mestre Restaurant Coffee Concert: Appetizers: Homemade Olives and chips - Little snails (Bovoletti) Vinaigrette Vegetables - Fish of our produce Octopus with Catalana vegetables - Octopus terrine with erbs patato salad From Our Oven : Focaccia with tomato, Greek Bread, Pizza in a Pan, Loaf of wheat Bread Turkey breast in tuna sauce - English roastbeef with vegetables (grilled) First courses: Mediterranean wheat Pasta - Vegetarian Rice salad with biologic vegetables Second courses: Venetian tradition "Sarde in Saor" - Seppie in umido Desserts and Fruit: Portions of watermelon, cantaloupe and strawberries Dried Venetian cookies Natural and Sparkling Water White WIne - Red Wine (1 liter for 6 pax) Prosecco (Bottle of Prosecco every 6 people) EVENT DESCRIPTION: The boats will be firm and moored in proximity of the shore where they must be reached from guests by walking or brought from others boats and they can be organized upon request.
