NEW DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES FOR ATHLETICS
For safety concerns and flow of traffic we are implementing new athletic drop off and pick up procedures that
will begin on Wednesday September 11th.
Athletic drop off time is now BEFORE 6:50am or AFTER 7:20am and must follow the traffic pattern- see
attached map. There will no longer be a drop off in the back of the school for safety concerns. There will be
NO ENTRANCE into the North parking lot between 6:50-7:20. Athletic pick up will now be in the North
parking lot. Entrance to the back of the school will be blocked off. Athletes will walk down and meet their
rides. Please see attached map.
We understand there could be unique circumstances where an Athlete has an injury and can’t walk up from
the drop off area. Those will be addressed and accommodations will be made by our Athletic
Trainers. Students leaving campus for early release and return to campus for after school need to park in the
North lot.
Thank you for your understanding and helping keep our students safe
