Red-Eyed Tree Frogs have bright red eyes and are a really bright color of green with blue and yellow striped sides. They grow up to be seven centimeters and three inches long.

The tree frog likes to live in groups. The tree frog sleeps on a tree. Red- Eyed Tree Frogs inhabit lowland rainforests from southern Mexico, through Central America, to northern Columbia. They live in green areas. They travel by hopping. They Hibernate.

The tree frog eats moths, grasshoppers, crickets and possibly other frogs. This is an

example of a carnivore.

The Tree Frog protects itself by their skin. Also its bright red eyes might alert the predator and scare him off.

The red eyed tree frog is born from an egg. They lay about 30 through 50 eggs. They hang their eggs from a tree. They have orange toes and blue sides. Their red eyes help them see and scare away predators.

The Red Eyed Tree Frog isn’t endangered, because they have instincts that warn them when they are being hunted.

I like the tree frog because I always thought it was interesting the way they were colored and the way they look.
