Grants to individuals, public, or private entities for waste diversion and recycling projects emphasizing tires and making use of Colorado Institutions of Higher Education where possible.

Approximately $495,000/year with a carry over balance of ~$825,000

Assistance Committee – Same role as HB-1288

No FTE for CDPHE.
