• To know the latest Recruitment Process in the Industry

• To structure the Recruitment policy of company for different categories of employees.
• To analyze the recruitment policy of the organization.

LIMITATIONS
“If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something”
• There may be personal bias of the respondents which will affect the results of the study.
• As it is dealing with people (Candidates), the perception towards the industries and outlook will differs from each other.
• Due to the confidential policy of 24x7 Corporate Solutions, their client’s (Companies) can’t be added as the respondents in order to know their opinion.

CONCLUSION
• It’s a rapid changing environment & it must have a well defined recruitment policy.
• “Don’t leave the right person; don’t select the wrong person” – if the MANTRA is not followed “THE PIT FALL”.
• The possibilities of segmentation shown positivity in the mid of difficulty ‘cause we are not segmenting the products, it’s people !
• “Recruitment – the life blood process of Human Resource”, which needs to be purified and stimulated by the He(art) of HUMAN RESOURCE..
