The ILOVETOUR brand specifically takes approximately 13,000 students on Tour each year, to two ILT Sports Festivals, one based in Poreč, Croatia, and one in Rimini, Italy.

In addition to this we also take over 1500 students away on our tailor-made packages to various city and European destinations. Designed to give students the best of our favourite European cities; with a great atmosphere, new friends, discovering hidden gems and group activities each day and night, ILOVETOUR Cities caters for all.

socialstaffrole overviewReporting into the social coordinator, social squad provide the link between ILOVETOUR and the students travelling on Tour with us, they are responsible for ensuring every single one of our students has a fantasticTour.

During the week you will be involved in welcome meetings, hotel visits, ensuring welfare of our tourers, preparing, organizing and running team socials and upselling excursions.

A social rep’s main responsibility is to make sure ILOVETOUR clients are having the best social involvement possible during their week on Tour.You will be their point of contact for all things fun and they will come to you for ideas and guidance on where all the best spots are.

Energetic, outgoing individuals with a can-do attitude are perfect for this role. So whether you are your committee’s social sec, your friend group’s go-to hype man, or just a natural social butterfly; our social squad needs you!

role responsibilities:• Organizing and running team socials and gatherings, usually in one

of ILT’s social areas or bars• Have a good understanding of university & student culture• Outgoing, sociable and enthusiastic• Self-confident and personable• Excellent communication skills• Using ILOVETOUR’s documentation and reporting system to

accurately and legally record any accidents and incidents• To provide assistance to staff/colleagues and other professionals

onsite when required to, occasionally in other administrative or practical roles

• Represent ILOVETOUR in a professional manner• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics

codes• Ability to interact and cooperate with all guests and employees• To approach guests, staff, and external suppliers with care,

professionalism and respect

• Valid Passport• Confident in crowds, outgoing, personable personality• Understanding of student/sports Tour culture

• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, and a team player
