The envelope containing application (as per prescribed format at annexure c) and other documents must besuper scribed in bold letters on the top mentioning that THE APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF . . . . . . . . . .. Reservation forpersons with disability and ex-serviceman candidates will be applicable as per Govt. Directives. One candidate will apply only for one post.The application should be accompanied with the attested photocopies of the Certificates/Testimonials in support of age, educationalqualification, Caste certificate and physically handicapped certificates issued by competent authority, Experience etc. along with two copiesof recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
