YOUR RECORDING SESSION Step 1 - Once you have booked your recording session, sign this contract and email to oliverpayne88@gmail.com. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.

Step 2 - If you require an accompanist, please send all sheet music at least one week in advance (preferably via email).

Step 3 - For voice/piano recordings the mixing and mastering will be done at the end of the session. This time is included within the package deals. Step 4 - Once the remaining payment is received all tracks will be sent via WeTransfer (an online file sending service). You will receive an email link to download your tracks. This will include two copies of each track; a high quality AIFF and a compressed MP3.

THE SMALL PRINT When booking a recording session you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally to abide by the studio’s terms and conditions as detailed below:

� A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non refundable or transferable. The remainder of the studio bill should be paid in full on the final day of your session. Any additional charges for optional equipment will be added to the final invoice. This will be included in any given quote.

� If a booking is cancelled with less than 2-weeks notice, the full cost of the session will be charged. Allowances for cancellations due to extreme circumstances are made at the prerogative of the studio (this cannot include minor illnesses). The client can reschedule the recording date up to 1-week before for a fee of £50.

� Overtime is charged at a rate of £9 per 15-minutes.

� Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. If the client fails to pay an invoice on time, the client hereby agrees to pay reasonable legal fees, associated with any collection proceedings.

� The studio retains ownership of all tracks until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, the studio reserves the right to use any track for advertising and demo purposes.
