Tools Palette
Audio Tool
The audio tool is part of the tools palette. Tap the speaker icon to record audio.
Recording Audio in StoryKit
Once you tap the audio tool, you will get a recording screen, like this. Tap “Record” to start your audio recording.

Play back what you recorded by tapping the “Play” button.

As you are recording, the record timer shows you how long the audio clip is.
Each clip can only be 60 seconds long.
During active recording, the “Record” button changes into a “Stop” button.
Tap it to stop recording.

Once you are done recording your audio, you must tap the “Edit” button at top left to get the audio clip into your story.Here is a 23 second audio clip, ready to go.

Warning: If you tap the “Record” button again, you will lose your previous audio clip and start recording again.

Now you are back in the main story “Edit” mode, and the audio clip should drop into the page you have been editing.

“Delete” or“Play” back the audio clip
To test the audio play back while in “Edit” story mode, tap the speaker icon and you can “Play” or “Delete” the audio clip you just created.

Now you have an audio clip added to your story. You can add as many 60 second clips as you like! Just tap the speaker icon again to start another recording.
