NOTE: To support the above hours.

1. The hours are based on factory trained technicians performing allinterval services and repairs dur ing the life of the component.

2. Volvo’s branded oils or Volvo’s recommended oils should be usethrough out the life of the component.

3. The data should not be use as a warranty benchmark by thecustomer against both the product company and the dealer.

4. Repaired components may not reach the same life expectancyas of a new component or a remanufactured component.

5. This is not a warranty guaranty or agreement that components willachieve the above hours as we have no control over operators andmachine maintenance. This is based on local data collected with in

our market place.

Explanation for:

Low: Long haul cycles with frequently adverse grades.Operating continuously on poorly maintained haul roadswith high rolling resistance. Incorrect oil used and notfollowing the recommended service intervals.

Medium:  Average loading zone conditions and frequentlymaintained haul roads. Normal hauling times and severaladverse grades. Some areas of high rolling resistance.

High: Large amount of idling. Short to medium hauls on wellmaintained level haul roads with minimum amount ofresistance.
