RECOMMENDATIONS

Firstly, Industrial Training (INTRA) has given a big impact to trainee daily routines.

Now, trainee can understand more about the problems which are faced in the working

environment. Trainee managed to overcome the problems and able to finish my report on

time. In future, trainee hope will be able to work efficiently and use all the valuable

knowledge which trainee has gained during this INTRA. From my point of view, the students

should have good communication skills; learn to promote them, and also to cooperate with

the Company Supervisor and also with the Institute Supervisor as it brings many benefits to

us as the students.

Furthermore, the students must work together with the Company

Supervisor/Company Staffs and give ideas or solutions rather than keeping quite. The

students must also be punctual and be well disciplined during undergoing industrial training

session. Trainee would also like to take this opportunity to suggest that student’s should be

given more practical task and project and also how to overcome and troubleshoot problems at

power plant. It will be easy to work in marine industry if we learn all this before going for

INTRA. Last but not least, trainee recommend to the practical company so that they will

made purchasing in time because any delayed for the items to arrived will disturb all the

planning of the project.
