As a solar technician involved in pre and post sales, France and I worked closely together at

Clean Energy Design. Her ability to achieve positive results was evident from the

starting.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with France Lorrain for a number of years. I am an

Architect working and living on the Outer Cape. A few years ago I decided to have a Photovoltaic

system installed on my house. After some shopping around, I chose to work with "Clean Energy

Design" where I got to know France. This was my first installation and it was painless. As the

project progressed and time has passed we have had the opportunity to get more acquainted. Within

this context I have witnessed France's passion for Project Management which would delight the

client. France is able to develop a strong personal relationship with the client while attending to the

France Lorrain managed the installation of our full-roof PV system for Clean Energy Design,

during 2008 and 2009. She arranged the schedule of installation and attended to the considerable

paperwork required to get the incentive refunds that applied to the system. She was always

communicative and available, and I feel she shielded me from a good deal of the complexity of the

installation.

She did an excellent job. It was not always easy to coordinate the rest of the crew at Clean Energy

Design, and I would say that France outperformed her colleagues. I don't hesitate to recommend her

for new tasks like ours.
