Molly Williams has been employed by the Kaiser Permanente Vaccine Study Center in a travel assignment since September 7, 2014. During this time, she has become an excellent research nurse and project manager. She works well independently and within a team, is flexible and has excellent clinical knowledge and skills. She has a smooth, caring/reassuring and very personable manner when dealing with study subjects and their families. She is very much a patient advocate and assists study subjects in any way that she can, going above and beyond to provide assistance in a very compassionate manner.

In the role as a Clinical Research Nurse, Miss Williams’s responsibilities included the following:

Recruitment and enrollment of subjects into clinical trials according to the protocol’s inclusion and exclusion criteria

Obtaining proper written informed consent from each study subject prior to study participation

Administration of investigational vaccine and all routine childhood vaccines

Investigational vaccine management and accountability Data management Serology management Case management of all subjects for follow up activities Reporting and assessment of all serious or unexpected adverse

events Maintaining records of subjects’ status in the study Data query resolution Coordination and participation in monitoring visits Communication with all members of a multidisciplinary team

Miss Williams has displayed excellent clinical skills and nursing judgment. She is appropriately self-directed, responsible, and displays excellent case
