Recipe to Create Visuals For a Twitter Job Search So you want to create the perfect visual job post to share on Twitter? Well, we have you covered with this in depth guide to create one from start to finish. And best of all, you do not have to be a designer to do this! Like this one:

Prep Time: 20 Minutes Difficulty: Easy

Steps 1. Find the Wildlife Stories Template by selecting the Twitter Templates from the Venngage Templates page:

2. Adjust the height and width to either 500px by 500px or another square dimension like 1080px by 1080px:

3. Add a new background image. Venngage has a library of over 20,000 images! Just search a keyword in the Image Search.

Or you can find royalty-free images on sites like Pexels or Unsplash. Pick 3 - 4 images that not only represent the job, but also your company culture. Here are the four images for an outdoors company:

If you pulled your photos from another site, just drag and drop them into to Image Upload box:

Delete and remove the stock image background. Pick the background image you want to be front and center, then send it to the back like using this button:

4. To help keep the focus on the text and not the background image, add a color filter. First, select the rectangle icon from the toolbar, like so:

Then stretch it over the background image so it fully covers it:

Finally, set the opacity to 60%:

5. Now change the rectangle that behind the text to match your brand. We selected a nice orange (#F64D2A) for our fake outdoor brand:

This is where you will add the Now Hiring and position you are hiring for. In this case, our fake company is looking for a Content Marketing Manager:

You may also want to change the font. In our example, the title font is Roboto, bolded, and the secondary font is Roboto Condensed. Don’t use more than three different fonts in one graphic. 6. Now add a few embellishments using the rectangle and line icons, like so:

7. Now it is time to add the location to the graphic. In this case we are hiring for a position in Denver. For the second box, simply copy the first box and remove the bottom section:

For the third box, copy the first box again and change the text. In this case, we wanted to show how much experience is required for the position:

We are now finished with the first image of the Twitter job post. This image can be used by itself or with the images we are about to show you how to make. 8. You may also want to make accompanying graphics to advertise company benefits. These are an integral part of a job for most candidates. Use the template we used for the first image, but with only one text box in the center:
