Recipe for Low Calorie Baked Samosa:-
Ingredients-
Multigrain atta – 200 gms
Sprouts- 200 gms
Potato- 1 medium cut into small pieces
Onion -1 medium finely shredded
Oil-2 tbsp
Flaxseed -2 tbsp
Baking soda- ½ tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Mango powder – 2tsp (optional)
Garam masala-1 tsp
Directions :-
Mix atta , flaxseed, salt ,10 ml oil (2 tsp) , baking powder & Knead it into a dough ,Keep aside for 30 min.
Meanwhile heat 1 tsp oil in a pan & put jeera, sliced onions till brown,
Add sprouts & cook it covered on low flame for 10-15 min
Add salt, mango powder & garam masala. Take it from the flame & cool it a little.
Make round chappatis & cut it into half . Take the half portion & make a cone shape while filling the cooked sprouts in the cone & seal the outer end with water & press it with fingers.
When all are done brush the outer part of samosa lightly with oil.
Bake it in an oven for 25 -30 min at180 ˚C.
