Design Experience•The site was prone to eartquakes, requiring special structure throughout the building

•Our assignment during this project was to work with the developer to design and address voluminous project conditions.

•The site location adjacent to the bay had salt-laden air, complicating details which had metal exposed to the air

Design Experience•The site had been a ship building yard previously, so there was a necessity to remediate the soil
