RECENT PROJECTS: First State Compassion Center, $2.5M, CM contract Superintendent Implemented the complete renovation of a 40k sf warehouse into multifunctional facility. Oversaw all phases, liaised with AHJ’s, A/E, and owner. Aided in design changes and managed substantial scope expansion. Union and open shop trades. Moorestown Retirement Home, $2.3M, GMP contract PM/Super Complete re-roof of five story (220 unit) facility, while occupied. 360 sq shingle mansard, 400 sq Carlisle EPDM. At owner/Architect request personally redesigned existing plumbing intake/exhaust system and designed merged HVAC curbing resulting in schedule reduction and cost savings.
