IGS combined solution starting week 1442. Primarily due to use of IGS standards for GPS antenna calibrations. 80-90% variance reduction in orbit and clock differences. JPL updating models and POD strategy in preparation for reprocessing campaign. Targeting July 2008 to begin reprocessing, starting with 2008.
