Signs that you are on the right road :
• 90% release 10 lbs or more during the first 14 days
• 95% release 6-10 lbs between weeks 3 and 4
• 95% release 5-8 lbs between weeks 5 and 6
• You may expect 6-8 lbs per month thereafter

#1 The habit of not understanding weight loss
Your weight loss comes to a screeching halt! 15 lbs, 20 lbs, 22 lbs, then nothing. Then you cheat You begin to suspect that it is not about emotions because when you cheated there was nothing wrong In fact, this time the cheating followed a period of receiving praise

#2 The habit of trying to do what you want and how you want, without a cost
#3 The Habit of Hitting Poles You repeatedly cheat with something you secretly believe you have under control. Most often it will be items such as fruit or nuts. It doesn’t matter what you think, you can’t keep hitting poles! (gaining weight)

The officer (I mean coach) arrives on the scene again. You did not hurt anyone except yourself, so you are just given a ticket for not wearing your seat belts He merely warns you to be more careful

The city has a zero tolerance and an active MADD group. This time you get a ticket

# 4 The habit of reloading too heavy
Lighten the cargo or you will be fined! Reduce portion sizes to a salad plate size,
leaving a 1~2 inch margin around the perimeter of the plate

nutritional value) While we practice CAVE MAN eating, most of us
