•Serene Town, project of VBHC in Whitefield, Bangalore
Challenge:
•Increasing number of projects in Whitefield ranging from Rs. 30 Lac to 1.5crore
•VBHC known for value homes under 30lakhs and not for lifestyleapartments
•Market not conducive for new launches. Some projects launches had failedmiserably. Adjoining property belonging to Mantri was also not selling.
THE TASK WAS TO LAUNCH THE PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY AMIDST THESE CHALLENGES
So how did we go about it?
We decided to do a survey of the location and set out tocollect the details of the existing competitor projects(pricing, approach, facilities, etc. )
RESULT: We identified one strong differentiator.
The location was away from the markets andcommercial establishments!
We made this aspect as a plus for the project
