I N V E S T I G A T I O NUNITED KINGDOM, IN BORIS JOHNSON’S MIND 52’No one took him seriously; he was seen as a buffoon. HACKING DEMOCRACY 52’ & 90’They are the engineers, the computer scientists, the experts who have decided to put their tech skills to work for the populists who are taking over the world. This film puts the new populist crusade threatening our democracies under a microscope. In recent years, populist movements have been mobilizing public opinion and gaining traction thanks to information technology. Donald Trump in the United States; Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil; Viktor Orban in Hungary; Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippines, etc... Populism is above all a method of conquering and retaining power. It is a set of techniques whose main feature is opportunism: they refuse to take sides, neither left nor right. Populists claim their exclusive capacity to represent the “real people” thanks to a more direct relationship with voters; to the detriment of corrupt and discredited elites. For the first time, this investigative documentary is shedding a light on the ones orchestrating this chaos and their methods.MAY 2021

AMERICAN PSYCHO: BRET EASTON ELLIS’ AMERICA 52’Sold in more than a million copies in the United States, AMERICAN PSYCHO is a plunge into the sick mind of a serial killer yuppie. In the early 1990s, the controversial publication of the novel was a bombshell. When cooler heads prevailed, the world finally saw how accurate the author actually was. Politics, money, sexuality, capi-talist frenzy, over-consumption: the book was a portrait of contemporary America against the backdrop of the West’s decline.SEPTEMBER 2021

STEPHEN KING, A NECESSARY EVIL 52' Consecrated “king of horror” of modern literature, he distinguished himself in other genres such as fantasy, science fiction or detective stories. C I N E M ALEONARDO’S REDISCOVERED MASTERPIECE 52’&90’ 4KToday, it is expertly acknowledged that “Madonna with the Yarnwinder” is an authentic Leonardo Da Vinci. But to get to this conclusion, this masterpiece has undergone multiple interpretations, including its purchase as a well-made copy by an English lord in 1809.The recent authentication by the Louvre was a long and tedious process, and the experts not only used state of the art scientific techniques, but also had to dive into Leonardo’s universe, his turbulent lifestyle and his other signature works. This film is the opportunity to

JULIE ANDREWS FOREVER 52’Julie Andrews starred in Hollywood productions that have become iconic movies, winning an Oscar for her per-formance as Mary Poppins, a symbol of the magic of musicals from the 1960s. And yet, behind the squeaky-clean image hides a much more tortuous career, with its moments of glory and tough times, all of which explain the longevity of a story that is still being written.

ANTHONY PERKINS 52’ While most of the stars of his gene-ration have fallen into oblivion, his face and name remain familiar to a younger 21st century audience, fond of Giallo and slashers. Like the British Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing with their cult characters of Dracu-la and Frankenstein, the American Anthony Perkins has long struggled in the shadow of his most famous character, Norman Bates – the serial killer in Alfred Hitchcock’s masterpie-ce, “Psycho”.

FRANK CAPRA: IT’S A BEAUTIFUL LIFE 52' A small Sicilian immigrant became in the 1930’s a director with dazzling success. His movies are deeply humanist and universal. If Capra’s films have constantly promoted the American dream, this documentary will especially wonder what it costs to adopt it. If Capra spends so much time giving proof of his patriotism, it’s probably because he partly believes it, but above all, he knows its limits.

TOM CRUISE, AN ETERNAL YOUTH 52’After a career spanning 40 years, Tom Cruise does not seem to have developed one wrinkle. His legendary smile has dominated many blockbus-ter productions. This film will try to unveil the man behind the film icon. Although he was, for a long time, Hollywood’s highest paid star, Tom Cruise is also a secret and tormented actor.

JODIE FOSTER, A HOLLYWOOD CHILD PRODIGY 52’From her precocious status as a sex symbol to her consecration as a filmmaker, Jodie Foster’s story is about a feminist struggle, albeit atypical, fought on and off the screen. This film sets out to retrace her remarkable journey within the Hollywood industry.MARCH 2021Jodie Foster’s next film PRISONER 760 by Kevin Mc Donald is scheduled for the end of 2021

DANIEL DAY-LEWIS, THE HEIR 52’He is the only actor in the history of cinema to have won three Oscars. Known for the dramatic intensity of his roles – which are as striking as they are diverse (aristocrat, petty thug, outcast or criminal) – for directors such as Martin Scorsese or Steven Spielberg. Daniel Day-Lewis is a visceral and uncompromising actor: in just 20 films, he never stopped pushing the envelope in his performances.MARCH 2021

FRANCIS FORD COPPOLA, IN THE HEART OF DARKNESS 52’Is Francis Ford Coppola insatiable? After 26 films, of which at least 3 master-pieces, 5 Oscars and 2 Palmes d’Or at Cannes, and the director still isn’t satis-fied: he has yet to make what he calls his big film, Megalopolis. This is the question around which we already planned to build our film, when, last October – like a sea snake – the official announcement erupted that the director was going back to his oldest and perhaps most impos-sible project: Megalopolis. That sums up Coppola. The fire still burns in him, this will be our starting point.JULY 2021Francis Ford Coppola’s next film MEGAPOLIS is scheduled for the end of 2021.
