How It Works
In a standard wireless mode, each xTag2 sends up to 300mW every 3 minutes, during 10 mill-second.
This allows us to avoid any interference with all your other equipment or devices.
We can provide sensors able to operate between -328ºF to +932ºC, and manage several parameters
such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, CO2…etc. Our sensors could be embedded or with
an external probe, running on their internal batteries or powered on an electric outlet.
For fixed storage areas, each
sensor collect data and transmit to
a reader (xTagDisplay). The reader
is connected to the dedicated
server where Mirador has been
centrally installed or remotely
hosted.
Our system uses a Zigbee protocol,
which is a specification for a suite
of high level communication
protocols using small, low power
digital radios.
Reporting and alarm capabilities
Mirador is web (MySQL data base) and a multi-site application; all recorded data are stored on the
same data base or local ones, where compliant graphs and reports could be easily edited. Reports
available are text report, graph and interactive graph, pdf or .csv export to Excel or Lotus for example.

Software
The Mirador™ Main Interface is a representation of your installation with sensor locations and real-
time readings received from sensors. It displays the list of recent alarms triggered by the system as
well as the alarms status messages (acknowledge information and comments). It is also used to access
other screens depending on user privileges.
An audit trails interface is used to display audit trail recorded by the Mirador™ system.

System Validation
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
System Validation
A SAT can be done once the installation is completed. Site Acceptance
Testing is the stage where the manufacturer/customer conduct testing
for the components supplied under the project scope and tests the
conformance of the delivered solution. The Site Acceptance Testing
stage includes 3 parts: integration testing, performance testing, and
user acceptance testing.
Upon customer’s request, the Mirador™ solution can be validated
(Installation, Operation and Performance qualification) with a protocol,
as required by the regulations.
May this be the case, the protocol will be written and approved by
Cryopak Verification Technologies Inc. and the customer. The execution
can be done by CVT or the customer. Once this is completed, a final
report will be written.
The system validation is a regulatory work that is done once; if any
s stem’s modifications occur after the validation (adding a user,
expansion, etc.), a change control document will be inserted into the
initial protocol. This change control will describe the modification and
validate this new addition to the system.
