For more information visit: www.rera.gov.bh
Objective of this Programme for Real Estate Brokers and Sales AgentsOne of the most significant changes under RERA Law 27 of 2017 is the introduction of a licensing requirement for real estate professionals and the requirement for real estate sales agents to hold a license from RERA.
Real estate sales agents will be required to hold a specific license to sell property and be affiliated with a RERA registered broker.
All brokers and sales agents must complete the mandatory training programme proposed below as part of the eligibility to acquire or renew the RERA Broker license.
Delivery Partner RERA is partnering with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) for the delivery of this programme. All training courses will be held at the BIBF premises.
