Why We Need More Women To Lead Our world is in a crisis of leadership. Poor leadership cripples businesses, ruins economies, destroys families, loses wars and can bring the demise of nations. The demand for true leaders has never been greater and, yet, women, who make up over half the human population, are still massively underrepresented in positions of influence. In this workshop, we'll discuss the nature of true leaders and how women are uniquely designed to lead our society through this dangerous opportunity. Presented by Jeremy Flagg, Breakthrough Results Coach

Your Personal Treasure Unlock your treasure, your strengths, your gifts. As women, we often times put the needs of others first even before our need to know our own special gifts and deep, inner desires. We do this because we are often taught to be "self-less". But, who is this "self" we have tamped down? Might she be someone whose true gifts are needed out in the world? Someone whose deep desires would benefit many? This class offers concepts and exercises to learn self-value: the "whys?" and "ways" to get clear on our unique and important gifts. Yes .. . we are ALL gifted! We will also discuss ways to support our daughters so they come to understand their own areas of giftedness! Presented by Deborah Weltman
