1. HEMS Enterprise - Equipment and work order Dashboards are redesigned and now are morecolorful and graphical with additional information displayed, like IT fields in Equipment Dashboard.2. Network Topology and Check connectivity – Network Topology in tabular format is now availablefrom Web Enterprise and HEMS Enterprise. Check Connectivity is now available from Web Enterprise.Network diagram can also be attached on the network switches or network routers and areautomatically displayed on the connected devices.3. HEMS Enterprise now supports Ansur Integration4. ePHI automation – ePHI can now be defined at model level. ePHI procedure can be defined atService area level or Model level.5. Web Enterprise

User Security, Work Order Cost / Employee Hourly Rate: Only users having rights can now see this information in Employee module/report and Work Order reports.

Estimated contracts overhead per year can now be defined for a model by age groups or at the equipment level. Can be useful when weighing the cost between 'in house' & 'outside contracting'

Equipment Module- tooltip for Loaner is configurable for non-hospital owned.

When creating on demand PM work orders the user can drag and drop multiple procedures (with tasks) from the procedure field into the work order request and action text fields. Note: the procedure text always gets appended to the end of the current text.

Contract Module Export to Excel feature has been added

EQ2 Web Request Call Center Enables efficiencies and features to enable a multi-service area Call Center approach to accepting Requests from the floors.

EQ2 Web Request with Graphical Interface (Images for requesting service) Enables a pictures based interface for the floor staff to pick the device types (Lab, Imaging, etc.) or situational (Too Cold, Too Hot, etc.) issues they are experiencing. These pictures are then linked to service department fields such as priority, specialty, etc. and automatically routed to the appropriate service area.

Equipment Inventory Equipment module now shows if the equipment is scheduled via group or the group is inactive or the group is unscheduled (no procedure defined.) Equipment is only scheduled via group if the following conditions are met

Full Screen is enabled in Search Mode (F2 pick list). This will enable the user to see all the parts

Screen button or manual form resize).

Bug Fix Work Order dashboard: Close Work order button security has been updated to rely on work

order edit rights instead of work order new rights.

In some extremely rare circumstances the request text was not being saved , this issue has been

resolved.

In some circumstances the contract module was crashing when adding a new PO or

Manufacturer, this issue has been resolved.

• Software Release: This field contains the software release/version of the device. Itis important to know this information when planning for equipment replacementand verifying compatibility. This information is needed when calling the vendor forsupport.

• Switch IP: Knowing the switch IP address that the device is connected to will helpwith troubleshooting problems with connectivity.
