What next ?1. Contact us to set-up the profile for your organization.

2. An online profile link is sent to all those you wish to participate (there is no limit to the number of participants), you send this internally.

3. The link will remain active for two weeks, we will let you know how many participants have contributed, if this is representative, we close the profile to further input.

4. We analyze the data and provide you with an executive summary, a one page dashboard and a more detailed report, with recommendations you might like to consider to address the soft-spots your organizational profile has identified.

5. Briefing session, a 30 minute one to one review of the executive summary. Plus, if desired a half day review with senior members of the team reviewing the detailed report.
