    Re: VETERANS AFFAIRS

Ms. Nelson, my concern is that this matter gets resolved in a timely manner. Should your office decide there is no basis for reconsideration

then that's your decision. Most importantly to me is that when this is resolved I don't want to be hunted down again to redress the same

issues. Considering I filed this complaint back in '09 think of the number of veterans that may have been affected. To delay or prolong their

ustice all these years later is what's bewildering to me. However, as previously stated before whatever your office decision is I will respect that

    and move on accordingly.

Ms. Nelson, in light of the Snowden and Manning situations things have become apparently clear as to the true intentions o

VA agency counsel. In light of the situation I have decided to consult with my own counsel as whether to proceed or not.

will let you know by next week.

This in no way reflects upon you, however, I've had to deal with this on and off and on again for YEARS.

I find this whole situaon to be a "big brother" conspired tacc.

As I've previously noted before, for the agency to be "allowed" to act outside the law and the OSC not to reign

    them in, is absurd.

This isn't even jusce, this is purely lawlessness.

Again, thank you for your me and assistance.

    Ms. Nelson,

I know that much of this wont specifically apply to you, however, I want you to know the full scoop.

I had a conversaon with someone very recently that has echoed the same retheroic that I've been hearing for

    months now.

I was told that the OSC and VA are colluding to deny any whistleblower claim.

With that said, that's the OSC's business.

However, my concern is the number of threats and type of threats I've been geng in response to this complaint.

For the record I think "any" whistleblower that receives threats is inappropriate behavior and its unfortunate that

    this happens.

This is an ongoing saga that has thus far consumed 6 years of "everyone's" life as we all have to keep addressing

    this issue.

My queson to you is whether or not the OSC has any intenons on moving forward with my complaint.

I believe this wont end unl the OSC has made its determinaon either way and I doubt that even then this will

    end.

You as a fellow government employee know as well as I do that some people don't let things go.

Please convey that the real injured party here are those I reported the wrongdoing on behalf of.

At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal opons against the agency for this extreme retaliatory frame up

and that's what I believe this to be.

It is very unfortunate that things have gone awry as they have, but in all honesty im the vicm here and nothing i

this judicial process seems to be going in my favor.

    Thank you,

    Oliver
