Abby Houston has a degree in Psychology and Art from The Evergreen State College. She has worked in preschool and camp at Hands On for the past year. She will teach Little Bots and Jurassic Explorers. Betsy DeBoer has been a Museum preschool teacher for nine years, holds a B.F.A. in Visual Arts and has her M.A. in Early Childhood Education. She will teach Water Movers and Print Making. Kat Van Eddy earned a B.A. in English and a M.A. in Elementary Education. She taught for three years at Holy Family School and has been a camp teacher at the museum for four years. Kat will lead Kinder Kitchen and Geology Rocks. Adrienne Testa has an Elementary Education degree from Warren Wilson College. She is in her second year as the Museum’s Visitor Engagement Coordinator. Adrienne will lead our Farm to Table and Forest Explorers camps. Natasha Ivanichek is from Ukraine and holds degrees in Ecology and Geography. She has five years of experience in early childhood education and joined Hands On in 2014 in the preschool and field trip programs. She’ll teach Sound Off and Fantastic Photography camps. Scotty Jones is a certified K-8 teacher and a teacher in the Museum’s preschool program. A staff teacher since 2002, he’ll lead our Lego Architecture and Wet & Wild camps! Mike Cousino is a certified K-8 teacher and filmmaker and returns to teach the popular Lights, Camera, Action and Video Special Effects camps this summer. Tuition Policy: Full payment is required to register. $25 per half-day and $50 per full day camp tuition is non-refundable. Remaining tuition and materials fee is refundable for cancellations made 2 or more weeks prior to camp start date. No refunds on cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to camp start date. Discounts: Member, Early Bird and Multi-Camp discounts do not apply to snack or materials fees and each discount is applied to reduced total after any prior discounts.
