Company Overview Reliability Dynamics LLC is a registered engineering company specializing in equipment reliability and

maintenance solutions for corporate software systems. The company has been in business since

September 1, 2010. The primary product is the Industry Standard Solution for SAP Plant Maintenance

Value Proposition Reliability Dynamics helps companies maximize production throughput and minimize hazards with high-

quality equipment reliability data. With the ISPM product, companies can quickly identify and address

bad actor and pattern equipment failures that affect production or cause hazards. Whereas traditional

solutions account for only actual equipment repair costs (approximately 10 percent of revenue loss),

ISPM gives companies the tools to account for all consequences related to each equipment failure:

information to identity high-consequence equipment failures and failure patterns, determine underlying

failure details and systemic problems, develop maintenance strategies, and take corrective actions.

Reliability Dynamics has a fundamentally different approach to EAM:

1. Reliability Dynamics enables data-driven corporate decision making with high-quality and high-

availability information. Customers have an enterprise-wide view of equipment performance

and its effect on their bottom line.

2. Reliability Dynamic’s primary focus is EAM. In contrast, many large system integrators2 focus on

implementation of finance and controlling (FICO) and materials management (MM) and treat

EAM as an afterthought.

3. Reliability Dynamics treats an EAM implementation as an engineering project. Business

processes are designed by experienced reliability engineers fully conversant with engineering

requirements and relevant industry standards. Solutions are consistent with recognized and
