TM Global Banking & Markets provides financial services to corporate and institutional clients (e.g. multi-national corporates, banks, insurance companies and pension funds) around the world. We offer a two year graduate programme in Corporate Risk Solutions based in Frankfurt, Germany. Our comprehensive training programme combines technical seminar-based training, business networking and mentoring with the development of broader commercial skills, such as presentation, team-building and leadership. As a graduate you will be involved in the entire product range applied by the German Large Corporate client base including Credit, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Money-markets and Interest Rates in the context of risk management solutions and advisory. You will support the senior sales team in all aspects of their business. Key tasks will be to prepare marketing materials such as pitch books and presentations, to develop product ideas and to support in the execution of derivative transactions. You’ll also interact with structuring, research, trading and other teams in the firm as required. Taking responsibility – as your career evolves you will be assigned clients and you will need to use your communication skills to present our products and solutions in a clear, relevant and persuasive manner. You will become an integral part of a small team, taking up client and project responsibility in a short space of time whilst relying on excellent team integration skills. We are looking for graduates from an economics and/or business administration background. You will have strong analytical and quantitative skills. You must be detail orientated and committed to producing high quality work driven by a clear sense of self-motivation. You are team-oriented and able to work under pressure with competing deadlines. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a prerequisite. We accept applications from all backgrounds but you will need to be fluent in German and English.
