We started to research how we

could make A.I. computers

creative

Over 10 years ago our co-founder Prof. Dr. Kiemen started his research at the Global Brain institute. His objective was to discover how we could make Artificial Intelligence creative.During his research he had to define “What is creativity?” and found a profound and fundamental system of flows, needed for the creation of new ideas and concepts. A system that demands participants, factors and the right environment. This was a huge discovery for the innovation game.

What we found was that successful startups have perfected these flows

In a startup all company intelligence and knowledge is centralised, sometimes literally by having a single table in the office. This is what we call collective intelligence.

This centralisation enables a state of “flow” that provides an environment for the startup to thrive intuitively. What our research has shown, is what these flows are and how we can define them within any company.

When companies grow in size, these flows

break.

When companies grow and individuals in a startup become teams and teams become departments, the size and multitude causes a disconnection in the flows we defined in successful startups.

This results in a loss of the company’s natural ability to innovate and move within a volatile market. Startups define new rules and corporates seem doomed to become nothing more than the buyer of startups and follower of disruptions.

We can restore these flows by

creating synergy between people and

technology

Based on our scientific research, we have developed and will continue to develop pragmatic tools and methodologies to restore the flows within companies.

After we restore the flows, we can start to utilize the collective intelligence of the company. By amplifying the internal knowledge and connecting it to external expertises we set the foundation for radical innovation. Ensuring growth, relevance and empowered employees.

Innovation as a routined and

disciplined aspect of everyday

business

Innovation-washing is easy. You buy some startups and let the managers do some post-it filled brainstorms. Employees are offered a platform to submit ideas - et voila - you’re innovative.

This is bullsh*t. We believe that embedding innovation is to be seen as the foundation of a sustainable business strategy. We guide companies in democratizing innovation throughout the whole company, empowering and tapping into the brains of all employees.

04 Real Innovation for Real Companies with Real People

Ultimately for us, innovation is about reality. Your company probably doesn’t need a Tinder-like business-model or a Virtual Reality application.

What your company needs for innovation is pragmatic solutions that are supported by technology to cope with complexity and size. To be less dependant on external help and make sure that you thrive with the whole of the company, but just some garage ideas.

Innovationbootcamp

Solve relevant challenges by creating

new products and services in a disciplined

and routined way!

04

One of the biggest challenges business innovators face, is not be able to rapidly test and validate ideas and concepts. Despite large advancements in technologies, bureaucracy and administration slow down the innovation and implementation process.

The Innovation Bootcamp is 5-day hands-on training structured to help participants quickly improve their innovative thinking while immersing themselves in activities that will help them practice new innovation skills on real opportunities.

Enabling collective innovation in your company requires more than the use of tools or inspiring workshops. Your company needs to be transformed.

In order to connect both people and processes, we are building a platform that will democratize and distribute innovation through the whole company.

The ultimate goal is to develop an holistic system that, similar to an ERP system, distributes

collective intelligence throughout the entire company. This will lead way to AI integration and a

disruptive way of working within any company.

ENTERPRISE INNOVATION PLANNING SYSTEM

The first step in our collective transformation, is to offer a product that translates the plan of action from the innovation compass into a KPI driven delta-displaying framework to engage employees in a gamified environment.
