    T BLEProcedures Used to Obtain Scale Scores from Raw Scores

    On each Of the four tests on which you markedany responses, the total number of correct responsesyields a raw score Use the table below to convertyour raw scores to scale scores. For each test. locateand circle your raw score or the range of raw scoresthat includes it in the table below. Then, read aoross toeither outside column of thetable and circle the scalescore that corresponds to that raw score. A$ youdetermine your scale scores, enter them in the blanksprovided on the right The highest possible scalescore for each test is 36. The lowest possible scalescore for any test on which you marked anyresponses is 1.

    Next, compute the Composite score by averagingIthe four scale scores. To do this, add your four scalescores and divide the sum by 4. If the resultingnumber ends in afraGtion, round it off to the nearestwhole number. (Round down any fraction less thanone-half: round up any fraction that is one-half ormore.) Enter this number in the blank. This is yourOomposite score. The highest possible Compositescore is 36. The lowest possible Composite score is 1.
