I would like to mention that currently I am worked with friends foundation Wash project at D.G.Khan and I had worked with Children First in early Recovery Program in Flood area at District Layyah (Punjab) and District Muzaffargarh and also worked with ACTED International, Pakistan at Dera Ghazi Khan as team leader shelter/WASH and Cash for work, Prior to this I have worked with National Rural Support Program as Field Engineer and spent some time with National Logistic Corporation (NLC) HSR & ESR building Works as Site engineer at Dera Ghazi Khan.I had worked with Baluchistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) in Baluchistan and with National Rural Support Program (NRSP) under Dera Ghazi Khan Rural Development project one of the ADB funded project at DGK.

I have vast experience to work with rural communities as well as to coordinate with line agencies, District Government and NGO.

I am able to travel extensively in field and to spend time in communities. I ever managed my office and field works as well as my family and home not affecting other works.In have managed and monitored the community managed projects and communities as well, by strengthening their capacities with trainings of “project Management” and O&M of the projects for a sustained community development.

I am well aware about the common needs of the rural communities and how to support them in prioritizing the needs and to create a demand and thirst so that communities own the projects. I am managing budgets and planning of the projects for a smooth monitoring of the projects and to work on a track and can also for see the assumptions and risks during and before the execution of the projects.

I have also to submit monthly, quarterly reports to my seniors so that they can over see all the situations by submitted quantitative and qualitative reports so I am able to report writing with clear understandings of the need and purpose of the reports

I ever worked with my team members and don’t believe on solo flight so this is encouraging form to work within the team as active and supportive team member. So I offer my expertise for your esteem organization which will certainly provide me a professional growth and a lot to learn
