ABOUT - What are Rare Earth Elements

The Rare Earth Elements, also called the Rare Earth Metals or Rare Earth oxides, are a set of 17 nearly indistinguishable lustrous silvery-white soft heavy metals.

Rare Earth Elements (REEs) are paramount for carbon-neutral/green and a large variety of high-tech products; hence they are in high demand. As a result, supply of REEs is likely to be disrupted in the near future. The 17 REEs are divided into heavy and light REEs. Other critical elements besides REEs, identified by the United States of America and European Commission, are rarely available.

OVERVIEW

Rare Earth Elements are the future of all technology in the world and nothing can work without Rare Earth Elements be it Mobile Phones, 5G, CT scan, PET scan, TVs, LED Lights, Electric Vehicles, Smart Missiles and Bombs, Fighter Air planes, Nuclear Submarines, Stealth/cloaking technology and every high end technology that comes to your mind; nothing works without them.

Uses of Rare Earth Elements:

Rare Earth Elements can be used either in metallic state or in oxidized state. Their uses are varied across industries with some of the major uses being:

1. Smart phones: Of the 17 rare Earth metals, 16 are used in smartphones.Neodymium, terbium and dysprosium, for example, are three of the rare Earth metals: they give your phone the power to vibrate, so smartphones could be made without them – but you'd have to rely on your ringtone. Terbium and dysprosium are also used in tiny quantities in touchscreens to produce the colors of a phone display. All major producers including Apple, Samsung, One Plus, Fairphone, Google, Oppo, Vivo, BBK Electronics, Xiaomi are currently looking to develop new sources for Rare Earth Elements.

2. Automotive Market: In a car these elements are used in Headlight Glass, LCD Screens, Various Sensors; while the biggest use is in Catalytic Converter for conventional vehicles and Electric Battery and motors in Electric Vehicles. Each motor vehicle typically uses 10 to 12Kgs of Rare Earth Elements. It is being used by the pure Electric Vehicle Manufactures like Tesla, Rumac and also the conventional/hybrid vehicle manufacturers like Volkswagen, Toyota, Kia, GM, Ford etc. With the increase in EV battery share the demand is going to shoot up very fast.

3. Display: All displays whether LED or LCD and X-Ray and Optical Imaging uses the oxidized state of Rare Earth Elements. They are also the backbone of the global internet as Fiber Optic Cables will not work without them. Various manufacturers like Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG, Sharp, Xiaomi, BBK Electronics, TCL, GE Imaging, Philips have immense demand for these elements.

Defense: A single F35 airplane uses 427Kgs of rare earth metals and a nuclear submarine uses 4200 Kgs of Rare earth metals, so one can imagine the importance of securing rare earth metals for the security of any country and the need for a reliable supply chain.

Key defense applications:

Other than these the RARX token will also be used for upliftment of rare earth mining communities and developing new technologies for refining rare earth elements in a more green manner.

We will be using RARX token in two phases with the first phase being focused on the immediate exploration, investing and setting up new refining facilities. Whereas in the second phase of maturity the token will be used for developing ERP for all major players in the Rare Earth Supply Chain, payment method by all rare earth miners and producers, developing an e-commerce platform for Rare Earth Elements and Development of RARX Wallet.

Blockchain is a peer-to-peer and decentralized ledger technology that has the characteristics of transparency, consistency, traceability and fairness, but it reveals private information in some scenarios.

A core problem with this technology is that all users who have joined the blockchain see an identical ledger,making it thorny to handle transactions that rely on confidential data.

Access control mechanisms are usually used to deal with the privacy requirements of the associated stake-holders in decentralized networks such as blockchains.

This problem of confidentiality has led to a low adoption of blockchain by corporates and we have a solution for this via Secure Multiparty Contract.

Secure MPC provides enhanced privacy, correctness and independence of inputs,and guarantees output delivery. Blockchain perfectly suits secure MPC protocols because they all deal with security and trust issues in distributed environments.

There are many practical scenarios that benefit from utilizing secure MPC based on blockchain. (Overview of Our Framework)

In this section, we describe the main framework of the proposed secure MPC com-putation scheme. Figure 1 shows the proposed architecture for secure MPC based on a blockchain, which contains two phases: An on-chain computation phase and off-chain preprocessing phase.

Operations such as generating preprocessing data, key generation and data encryption are implemented off-chain, and secure computations are performed on-chain. The execution of MPC computation protocol is integrated as part of the chain code in Hyperledger Fabric.

Uniqueness of RARX Token

The related parties are as follows:• Participant: The data owner.

• Peer: Compute node in Hyperledger Fabric, concretely the endorsement node.

• Decryptor: A component in the Peer assisting decrypting during the endorsement phase.

• Compute function: The computational logic provided by participants.

• On-chain MPC protocol: The auxiliary protocol utilized to perform on-chain, secure,multi-party computation.

• Quadruple generation protocol: The protocol used to generate preprocessing data (<a,b,c,d>quadruples) for on-chain secure multi-party computation.

• Sacrifice protocol: The protocol used to check whether a quadruple is valid.

A jointly secure computation task proceeds according to the following steps:

1. Off-chain preprocessing phase: All participants use the quadruple generation proto-col to obtain a sufficient number of <a,b,c,d> quadruples and check whether the quadruples are valid using the sacrifice protocol. This step is not necessary for every task. A huge number of quadruples can be generated in advance for future tasks.

2. On-chain computation phase: All participants break raw input values to secret shares, encrypt secret shares and quadruple shares, generate commitments and submit all of them to the ledger.

3. On-chain computation phase: Participants store the addresses of decryptors to the ledger.4. On-chain computation phase: The invoker (one of the participants) invokes the MPC smart

contract to execute the computation task.5. On-chain computation phase: Participants decrypt their outputs, which can also be carried

out by decryptors, and reconstruct the final result.

The Algorithms Used In this section, we describe the cryptography algorithms used in our protocol. Additive homomorphism encryption. Additive homomorphic encryption allows one to perform computations on ciphertext.The result of the calculation is the encryption of their sum.Let AHE = (KeyGen, Enc, Dec, Add, Sub, cMul) be an instance of an asymmetric additive homomorphism encryption scheme. We will use the following definitions: The Message space is denoted as ̃M, and the ciphertext space is denoted as ̃C.⊕d enotes the addition of ̃Canddenotes thesubtraction of ̃C.

Phase 1

This will ensure that we are able to serve our clients while making the maximum moolah. We will be ensuring that the first refining center is up and running by Mar 2023.

We expect that by this time all our token holders have achieved 100X (10000%) wealth multiplication with the price of a token increasing to $ 1 from 1 cent.
