1. ADD A NEW PATIENTSelect Edit | Add new patient from the main menu

4. SETUP THE PATIENT TREATMENT PLANChoose Edit treatment sheet and specify a treatment. Select medications, scheduled procedures, etc.
5. PRINT OUT THE DAILY TREATMENT SHEETChoose Tools | Print treatment sheets from the main menu.
6. RECORD YOUR TREATMENTChoose Add new entry and enter your treatments and lab results. Add imagery simply by dragging it into the record.
