Business Development ProgrammeThe Rapid Development Programme is designed to provide a fast track approach to making a decisive difference to your business.
The Programme is designed to get you and your team working effectively together to develop the right strategy for your business, produce plans to which all in the team are fully committed and then to
implement them, fast!
The programme is unique in the way it works. It begins with an initial review and then extends over 16 weeks - 1 session every two weeks.

How does it work?
There are two key aspects to producing fast development; the changes that have to be made and the team that will have to make them. But although we can separate them in our minds these aspects are inextricably linked.

The Underlying Principle
In any chain there is only one weakest link! In any process there is only one bottleneck (constraint) that controls the process. Relieve that and all the other parts of the process can perform more effectively!
And then you tackle the next constraint.
You will almost certainly discover that the actual constraint, when we find it is not a physical constraint (e.g. lack of equipment or money). Instead it will be self imposed by the way the issues are approached.
So there will be little cost involved in changing it!
