Due diligence has been performed on suppliers by Qld Purchasing Department to ascertain capabilities of suppliers and products in the following areas

o Equipment performance and reliability. o Supplier service capacity covering response time, service personnel, spare parts and

consumable stock, service call handling capacity and training/installation. o Running costs. o Capital Equipment costs and value. o Level of technology for the particular brand.

The contract running costs (click charges) are governed by Qld Government and the Supplier Corporation; they are not controlled by the individual service dealer or branch. This gives you security that running costs of the equipment will not be adjusted without Government Consultation and approval.

Its Line of the Year is awarded once a year to the vendors whose products are determined to be the best in their respective categories of models, having been tested in a rigorous two-month laboratory evaluation.
