Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is undergoing a $418 million renovation and campus beautification project to construct a new Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center, new outpatient facilities and inpatient expansion to improve seismic safety.
There are two construction phases of this project: The Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center will be the focus of the first phase, scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2016. Phase two will be the construction of the outpatient facilities and renovations to the research and administrative buildings, all of which will be completed by December 2020.

AUGUST 2015 - AUGUST 2016 New construction of The Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center, Parking Garage Addition, Warehouse Building and Campus Entry Plaza
DECEMBER 2015 - OCTOBER 2018 New construction of Outpatient Building, Renovation of and addition to the existing Jacquelin Perry Institute
