Introduction: Reynold number (Re) is a ratio of inertial (destabilizing) force to the viscous damping (stabilizing) force. It is observed to indicate the types of the flow whether laminar, transition, or turbulent. The aim of this experiment is to distinguish between laminar flow and turbulent flow by observing changing ink line through internal flow in tube based on the critical Reynold Number. Based on the data gained (Height) in both High Reynold Number and Low Reynold Number experiment, calculation data are investigated to determine the type of the flow. Results and Discussion: Results: Time 1 = 83 sec , T2 = 36.94 , T3 = 15.5 , T4 = 8.9 , T5= 5 Density = 1000 kg/m3 Viscosity = 0.001

As we know in the first and second experiment we slowly open the valve so the velocity is low this is cause to Re is low about 500 so this flow in both experiment are laminar but in the third and fourth experiment when we open the valve more than before cause to increase velocity and then cause increase (Re) it mean that the flow change to transitional it mean Re number is between 2000-4000at last time (experiment number 5)

we increase velocity more than experiment fore this is cause to change the flow from transitional to turbulent flow in this case the particular of ink are mixed with water well and Re number is about (4008)
