Biography of Ram charany Ram charan was born in 1939 in Uttar Pradesh, India. y He is good speaker , writer and a business consultant. y Charan worked in his familys shoe shop in Hapur, Uttar

Pradesh,India while growing up.

About his Educationy He completed his engineering degree from Banaras Hindu

University.y He completed M B A from Harvard Business School in 1965

and also completed doctorate in 1967.y He taught at the Harvard Business School , the Kellogg

School of Management and Boston University.

Careery Charan has consulted for companies such as y Charan run his business management consulting company

under the name Charan Associates located in Dallas, TX. Records show the company was established in 1981 and incorporated in Texas. y Charan was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 2000 and named a Distinguished Fellow in 2005. y Charan was in India in the month of February 2010 to give a presentation to around 400 Indian CEOs.
