Taj made by blood and sweat of Bharat Mata's sons: Adityanath GORAKHPUR/LUCKNOW, Oct 17: The Taj Mahal was made by the blood and sweat of "Bharat Mata's sons" and its protection was the responsibility of the Uttar Pradesh Government, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said today. Announcing that he would visit Agra next week to review tourism schemes, the Chief Minister said the Taj Mahal was a historical monument regard- less of the emperor who had built it. Adityanath's comments come a day after his colleague, BJP MLA Sangeet Som, ques- tioned the Taj Mahal's place in India's heritage and said history would be rewritten to erase Mughal emperors from it. "It is immaterial as to who and how the Taj Mahal was built... It was made by the sweat and blood of Bharat Mata's sons," the Chief Minister said in Gorakhpur. "It is famous the world over for its architecture...It's a historical monument and its protection and further devel- opment for tourism is the responsibility of the Government," he said. Announcing that he would visit Agra on October 26 and there was a Rs 370 crore work plan for the city, Adityanath said it was the duty of the Uttar Pradesh Government to ensure that proper security and facili- ties were extended to tourists. No oil burning lamps, gas lamps, or naked lights shall be used in the licensed premises or within its safety distances of stores; 6. No persons under 18 years of age or who is in a state of intoxication or of unsound mind shall be employed on loading/unloading or transportation or sale of explosives or be allowed to enter into licensed premises. 7. No explosive which are not authorized under the rules of prohibited under section 6 (A) of Act shall be possessed or sold from the premises. 8. Chocolate Bomb, Chin Cracker, ( Kali Paks, Loose cracker) Dhani Pataka, Dadoma, seven shots, Rocket Bomb, Garland Patakas, Stat Bomb etc shall not be sold by the wholesale cracker dealer/retail cracker dealer to restrict the noise level. 9. Imported fireworks containing sensitive Chemicals substances which are not permitted under Indian Statute and also do not comply with the Indian Noise Level Standards shall not be sold by whole Sale cracker dealers/retailer. As per the com- munication by Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization ( PESO) license has not been granted for import of any such fireworks. 10. No person or body of persons without valid license shall stock the crackers or other fire works for wholesale purpose before 13th October 2017. 11. No retail sale of crackers or other fireworks shall be undertaken even by any authorized person before 13th October 2017 or after the Diwali festival. 12. The crackers and other explosive material shall contain a price tag which shall not be more than the price printed on each explosive. The price printer shall be deemed to include all local taxes even if the printed prices specifically reads " Local Tax extra". 13. In case any wholesaler or retailer contravenes any of the conditions specified above, not only the permission granted in his favour shall be cancelled and his stocks seized he shall be liable for prosecution also. This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for the period of 10 days from the date of issue of this order.
