Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Post Processing of 3G (SCFT, INFILL SCFT, IBS, &CLUSTER (AT & NETWORK AT) ON ACTIX TOOLS, TEMS & MAPINFO.

3G/UMTS Drive test analysis of Handset as well as Scanner & TEMS data with the help of ACTIX Tool and which contains Best Server (CPICH_RSCP) analysis, Ec/Io analysis, and SC & pilot pollution reduction.

Checking Parameter of UMTS (3G) HSDPA and HSUPA(FOR SPEED), Neighbors Define & check of 3G -3G, 3G-2G & 2G-3G& License using Tools.

To perform various data related tests such as HSDPA, HSUPA, ping, R99 test etc. To prepare SCFT reports using Actix. Physical optimization in terms of antenna down tilt to minimize pilot pollution and overshooting

cells.

Analyze the reasons for- call drop, call attempt failure, handoff failure, pilot pollution, Interference and other network related issues and resolve them.

Neighbor updating & tuning in BSc for KPI improvement. Do the physical site audit, physical optimization and check the site for swap between sectors. Drive for data observation and analysis and providing suggestion regarding optimization. Resolution of scrambling code collisions Initial Cluster Drive to check the RSCP, Ec/Io, Soft
