Engine Driver’s Message The Wheel-a-thon has been and gone, but definitely not forgotten. Thank you to all of our families for the sensational effort which was clear to see. The push and pull items did not disappoint and were a talking point as usual. Naturally Miss Vaughan was super excited to see all of the students and staff participating enthusiastically with big smiles on their faces. Please remember to collect your sponsor money and bring it back to school as soon as possible. There will be an amazing prize for the highest amount raised by a student. Teachers have begun the task of writing student reports. We have employed Renee Finch to release teachers over the next two weeks, enabling them to spend quality time at school reviewing assessments and student work samples. We are currently in the process of forming classes for 2016 and as such need to know exact student numbers for each grade level. If you know of any families who are moving into the area with children from Kindergarten to Year 6, could you please let us know so that we can contact them. We also need to know if your child will not be returning to Railway Town in 2016. Preparations are well on the way for our performance on Presentation Night. I would like to congratulate all of our students for getting into the spirit of bringing a little bit of Shakespeare to Broken Hill. Have a great week…. Kerry-Sue Pascoe Principal
