Roles & Responsibilities as Human Resource:
RECRUITMENT, SELECTION & INDUCTION: Manpower planning with the coordination of all functional department heads based on the
organizational & business goals. Involved in End-to End Recruitment cycle including Sourcing, Pre-screening, Short listing,
Interview scheduling & coordination, extending offers & on-boarding. Ensure releasing offer & induction schedule is prepared for newly Joinees; adequate inputs are
given to employees for equipped before they are on the job. Generating, Updating & Managing Recruitment database on day-to-day basis & tracking the
system.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: Prepare Training calendar after collating the Training Need Analysis individually with the
coordination of Functional heads as per the business requirement. Organize the customized Learning & Development programmes for Employees, Contractors &
their Labors nurturing their skills that cope up with the individual & Organizational growth. Prepare, maintain & analyze the complete training related activity documents.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & APPRAISALS: Initiate & follow the PMS link process across all levels of the company. Conduct & review the Performance appraisals of all employees with the Functional managers. Ensures regular follow ups to ensure appraisals are done as per time lines. Initiating rewards, recognitions, gifts, appreciation letters, and trophies for motivating the
employees to accomplishing the business goals.COMPENSATION BENEFITS/ PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:
Forwarding the Pay Roll inputs to the corporate which includes Leave Updation, LOP for absconded & late coming, reimbursement and getting the pay slips to all employees.
Ensuring the Transfer allowances, clearance of F&F settlement amount to applicable employees.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES: Familiar with the provisions of CLRA, AP Shops & Establishment, Factories Act, ESIC, EPF &
Employment Exchange other provisions which are applicable to employers & employees proceedings of other compliances in the Establishment.
Obtain the company registration certificate with concerned labour office, renewal of certificate, all registers pertaining to act.
Ensure & persist the all contractors who are working with us to follow the all statutory requirements as per the CLRA whichever is applicable.
Prepare the Quarterly/Annual returns as per the applicability of the establishment. Follow and ensure to implement the minimum wages as per the state GO on timely basis.
HRMIS/ HR RECORDS & AUDIT: Create, update & maintain the employee personnel records time to time. Prepare the HRMIS on Monthly basis which includes employee total strength, new joinees,
exits, transfers, total salary budget, etc. Separation of records based on Resignation, termination, dismissal etc. Processing the Resignations, confirm the Notice period or salary deduction in lieu of notice
period, Exit Interviews, no due clearances, relieving letter with send of party. Prepare & maintain the all records for internal & external audit requirement.
EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES & WELFARE: To provide labour welfare facilities like, sufficient drinking water, adequate rest rooms,
canteen, sanitation, safety, cleanliness, housekeeping at all premises of the factory. Ensuring the employees health service includes dispensary & ambulance availability,
Emergency medical Aid, awareness programs on First Aid, Snake & Scorpion bite. Ensure the applicability of Medical benefits & coordination with Insurance for clearing the
Medical Reimbursement amount. Handle & Resolve employee Grievances, resolve them by coaching & counseling without any
discrimination/unfairness with permanent solutions. Inviting employee ideas, suggestions, feedbacks & encourage employee participation in work
related decision making.

Enquiry, Initiate and process for the disciplinary actions against the personnals who have committed offence in the establishment without any lapses.
Interacting & Involved in union meetings for any grievance settlement & prepare the data as per the meeting requirement.
Conduct the get to gather and all hands meet with all employees periodically to get relief the employees.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES: To ensure all facilities like drinking water, sanitation, rest rooms, lunch rooms, canteen need to
be provided for employees as per the applicability. Supervision & inspect on Transportation, Security, Housekeeping and Company Guest houses
etc. Maintain good relationship with the local people to helping our business execution.
