The activity

• As a class, we will create a 10 question survey relating to cyberbullying. Individually, will then answer these questions on a scale from 1-5 (one- never occurs, 5- happens daily).

• In groups of four, we will then compile the class results, average them by both class as well as gender, and graph our data.

• We will then analyze the data and discuss possible solutions and prevention methods.

What should you do if you are being cyberbullied?

• Don’t respond or react- take 5! Reactive responses can only make matters worse• Block their cell number, unfriend (on FB), block

e-mail address• Save any communication and report to an adult

(teacher, parent, guidance counselor, etc)• Remember to tell a trusted adult to stop these

attacks on you. You are not alone.
