90’sb. It breaks the conventional norm all the others repeat. It’s a new

formula using the best of some traditions while incorporating psychology, not just technique.

c. It’s not about turning things upside down, instead just recognizing you are already getting most of it right. Small tweaks to capture all of those 168 hours

d. It’s not a perfect system and isn’t designed to be used exactly the same every week just like how your week and life unfolds. Instead, it’s dynamic to flex with your life.
