A splash of inspiration...

Look at the top of the ‘D’ profile for the angled stepped end – indicating the use of ‘TIG’ welding

Look internally for the smooth gunmetal coloured steel with no internal rust or flakes

Look around the joins for a significant build-up of welding metal – indicating the use of hand-welding and the non-use of furnace welding.

Look for the brilliant chrome finish - which is also strong enough to with stand 200 hours in a salt-spray environment.

Look internally and you will find no copper plating.

‘TIG’ welded ends are stronger and reduce the likely-hood of pin-holes and crooked tappings.

Our own fully automated Chrome line prevents acid penetration during chroming which will eliminate internal rusting.

Use of hand-welding – and not furnace welding – allows for better plating cover around the horizontal / vertical joins and minimises chrome shadow which greatly increases the chrome life of the rail.

The use of a double-Nickel plating layer of between 35-40 microns & chrome layer of 2 microns.

Painted rails are sandblasted prior to painting – which greatly increases paint adhesion.

Use of Akzo Nobel paint – one of the Worlds highest quality paint manufacturers.

The factory manufactures in accordance with ISO9001:2000 standards.

We DO NOT and will Never use any copper plating in the production of our products. Copper plating technology (used by low-cost manufacturers in other countries) produces harmful by-products like copper cyanide which has a devastating effect on the environment.
