and event options, with ten purpose-built, state-of-

the-art function rooms, naturally light-filled spaces

to choose from, all with wonderful views of the

forest and fairway for a relaxed atmosphere.

The Grand Ballroom overlooks the golf course

and can accommodate up to 600 guests theatre

style and up to 400 guests banquet style.

An additional eight conference and meetings

spaces, along with pre-function areas and

outdoor function spaces ensure that we can

tailor the perfect layout for your requirements.

GRAND BALLROOMWith floor to ceiling windows, two pre-function

areas and a large garden, the ballroom caters for

600 guest’s theatre style or up to 400 guests

banquet style. The combination of inbuilt AV

technology, the ability to hold up 34 2 x 2 trade

exhibition booths, and the flexibility to divide into

three separate rooms, make the Grand Ballroom

an ideal room for weddings and conferences.

The three dividing rooms are; Lindsay, Creswick

and Hepburn. Vehicle access into the ballroom

for display is available.

HEPBURN & CRESWICKThe Hepburn and Creswick rooms offer golf

course views, and open onto a grass terrace.

These rooms also boasts a great separate

pre-function foyer that can be accessed

externally. Catering for up to 100 banquet

style guests and 170 theatre style guests.
