Command Physical
Training (PT)
Open to active duty only
Command PT is to provide comprehensive
workouts. It is a great
way for CFLs to supplement their mandatory
command training. Each workouts is designed
with a warm-up, strength, cardio and stretching
components.
Cycling This class is a great
cardiovascular class!
Combining
energizing music, you will pedal your way
through hill climbs,
sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.
Cardio Dance Dance your way
through fitness! This
class will combine
easy to follow cardio dance moves to a
variety of high
energy music for a total body burn!
Pilates Pilates focuses on
developing core
strength, good
posture, flexibility, balance
and stamina. It is
a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased
agility in your everyday movements.
*Class is not recommended for those with
osteoporosis.
Smart Bell
Smart Bells are
functional weights
that conform to
your body, making
them easier to hold
and work with.
Enjoy a low impact strength training workout using
smart bell to sculpt and tone your body! Push
yourself to new levels of conditioning while
strengthening major muscle groups.
Total Body Toning In this class, you will burn stubborn body fat, get
stronger, and build lean muscle mass and improve
your level of fitness. This class uses lots of props,
such as free weights, resistance
bands,
stability balls and etc. to keep your
muscles guessing
while strengthen-ing your core and

Facility use and most fitness classes are FREE to all active duty, reservist, retirees, dependents and DoD civilians.
All civilian contractors and visiting guests are required to pay a small fee of $3 for use of facilities and classes.
* Youth ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
